When I like an idea enough to vote for it, and the idea is resubmitted, I would like to be notified so that I might consider voting for it again.
This would be a useful feature to add in the notification email section...

Yeah, I was thinking that. At minimum, why shouldn't people be notified if ideas they voted for are resubmitted? I helped the ideator of Stem, teaching him how to embed his video, then I missed the re-submit. And when I resubmit, I hate having to message all the people that commented last time. It feels spammy and it's time consuming, but I find people usually appreciate it. And I can't message those who just voted because I don't know who they are... -
