It's been over 7 business days since I made my withdraw and I still have not received my payment in my account. The account is a debit card itself that is from my husband's work, but it had a routing and account number for deposits, and we haven't had problems with direct deposits from either his work or for taxes.
My husband called regarding this and was informed that my request would be passed over to billing and I would receive an e-mail, but I have yet to receive one.
I just want to make sure my payment information was okay and to see if there are any problems. My user number is 13985. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
