Different "divisions" of Quirky??
It seems like we get a lot of great submissions that are more industrial in nature than items that Quirky currently produces and sells through their channels. Are there any plans to split off specific divisions (craft, industrial, medical, promotional) to actually produce some of these great ideas? Some of them are really, really cool ideas, just more of a B2B kind of thing. I hate to see them go to waste.

Hi Elizabeth! Great question. Right now, Quirky is focused on creating physical consumer products that can be sold to the general consumer. Unfortunately, ideas that are targeted to specific sectors are outside of our scope. We don't have any current plans for this.
However, that doesn't mean that in the future we won't be open to these ideas. We just want to be sure we can do what we're focused on to the best of our ability first.
