Health Care Products

I have been a geriatric 24hr caregiver for a TBI patient for over seven years. I have a strong knowledge of what an invalid patient needs to help with their quality of life.

My speciality is being very creative on manipulating objects to address the need of the patient. I have a few ideas that will benefit the elderly or patient that are non-ambulatory.

Do you look at such products or should I look for a manufacturer in health care supplies?

    Dear Sharon,

Thanks for getting in touch! Our only limitation on invention ideas is that they be for physical, consumer products: unfortunately, we do not currently develop industry-specific products, such as an item intended only for the medical field, law enforcement, contractors, etc.

The notion of what constitutes a "consumer" product is flexible however, so if you can imagine your invention being sold at a retailer such as Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, Amazon.com, etc. then I would encourage you to give it a whirl. We develop everything from baby products and hardware to high-end electronics, so we certainly don't discriminate by the type of product!
