How to use Get Satisfaction topics

You may notice that the ambassadors change topic types from time to time. We do that to prioritize and manage threads better, so that we can do our best to serve you. Here's a breakdown of the definitions that we use for each topic:

Problem: Something is actively preventing an action.
Question: Information is missing, hence something is passively preventing an action.
Idea: A suggestion of any kind.
Praise: Unicorns and rainbows!
