silly I’m unsure

I have an idea, but don't know how to make it...

I have a product idea, but the technical difficulty of the production is beyond me. My idea is in the technical department of quirky. It is something that people use every single day. The problem I have is what if I have this idea, but I'm not tech savvy enough to actually figure out how the product will work, even though I know it IS possible to produce. Therefore, does Quirky accept ideas such as this, and if my idea gets picked will they produce a prototype?

    Dear Jason,

No worries! One of the best parts about the Quirky process is that you'll have Quirky's full staff of designers and engineers working beside you, so you don't need to understand every technical aspect of your product to submit it as an idea. In addition, we've got a community of inventors with a vast range of skills, who will be submitting their own ideas for your product's features and functions during the development phase. The result is a version of your original idea that has been analyzed and upgraded by folks who know industrial design inside and out! (Ain't it grand when a plan comes together?)
