After typing for over two hours and completing the required sections explaining my idea for logo vanity covers to cover manufacturer's logos on vehicles and other products by the use of an adhesive waterproof logo like my Alma Mater's logo: "OSU", I paid the $10.00 by my Mastercard ending in the last four numbers 6086.
I could not continue the submission when I saw a notice in red that my credit card, an AT&T Universal Card, was invalid and I disagree after I called their Customer Service phone # 1-800-308-6537 and determined it is still a valid and paid on time in full every month for years. I suggest you call them and reconsider changing this obvious error. This is a very tiring submission I just completed and your statement
that I have used an invalid credit card is an insult. !!!!!!
My Master Card is not INVALID; call the above 1-800 number to verify as I did!!!!!!!

Hey Leslie. We mean no offense! That error message comes directly from our vendor service, Authorize.net. We actually have no control over it. It can be caused for a number of reasons; if you've incorrectly formatted your info (no spaces in the credit card number), have included any invalid characters (no slashes in the exp. date), or a number of other factors. I'm going to reach out privately to help resolve the issue.
