I’m sad

new cloak missing typing stand

I received my black cloak today, however it seems to be missing the low landscape plastic support. I looked through the packing materials and do not see it. Is this piece no longer part of the package? I sent an email (with a photo) to questions@quirky.com, but so far there has been no response.

I have a black model and have the same problem as well (and handled it in the same manner). Overall, I've been less than satisfied with the production process, and after all these delays this seems a ridiculous error to make.

How do I get a refund? This product is not fit for use as is and to be honest its not a great case! Can't seem to find any returns info anywhere

I received my cloak about a week ago and I am not too happy with it. It was covered in some sort of sawdust when it arrived and I can't seem to get it clean and it seem to add way too much weight to my ipad. I went back to my old case. How do I return it?

I got mine with the kickstand today. At first I admit I wasn't blown away but for a first gen of its kind I think it adds way more functionality than some of the competing cases out there. Yes it adds some weight but if you think overall regarding the functionality and trying to maintain a slim profile, this is the best case on the market for now. As for cleaning I've read that armor all does a great job since it conditions as well as cleans, have yet to try it though.
