My idea is that there should be an email notification for new submitted ideas. The notification could be sent every 12 to 24 hours with new ideas submitted since the last notification

Hey Seon. Thanks for the idea, it's something we've considered before however we already send a good amount of email notifications. We don't want to bombard people with too many emails though some may argue that we already do :).
New ideas are continually submitted and by default when you visit the participate page it lists the newest submissions.
Additionally please avoid directing users to your ideas on the Get Satisfaction forums. Please visit How to promote your ideas for best practices on doing this.
