I notice you get a lot of questions about patents. I recommend a page devoted to the topic with a link to the US patent office. Most people do not realize they have a year to file for a patent. Basic answers like this would go a long way. Also the process of getting a patent approved takes at least two years. Explain the difference between the types of patents. Thanks
