    Hey Paul,

Thanks for getting in touch! I've made the necessary touch-ups to your idea page, so you don't need to worry about correcting the .pdf or rotation issues. I took a look at your account, and it looks like you're currently using Microsoft Internet Explorer: some versions of this browser have trouble running the Quirky site, and can cause mischief when you're interacting with the platform. We're working to catch and fix all of the bugs, but for the time being, we generally recommend that folks use an alternate browser to access the Quirky site.

Below are two links to free internet browsers, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome (we use these two browsers here in the office, both are quite good). Simply open the link to the one you'd like, and click on the Download button. The programs will download and install automatically, and you should be able to start browsing the internet on them within a minute or so. Personally, I would recommend using one of these browsers for all of your internet activity: on top of running the Quirky site more smoothly, they are generally faster, less prone to crashing, and much more robust in terms of internet security.

    http://www.google.com/chrome

Using one of these browsers should solve any of the problems you've had with the submission and editing pages, but if issues persist, definitely let me know! You can reply here, send a message to questions@quirky.com, or call us at 1-866-5QUIRKY!

    Cheers,
    Baron

    Hey PaulZ,

Here's a veteran hint: How to make sure your whole image shows up in the thumbnail.

The size of your image doesn't matter, but the ratio of width to height does.

To make sure your whole image shows up in the thumbnail, make sure it has a ratio of 2.9 wide by 2 high.

    (For example, these are all different sizes, but all have a 2.9 by 2 ratio: 2.9 x 2, 5.8 x 4, 33.4 x 23, etc.)

The easiest way I've found to do that is to make a white rectangle with that 2.9 wide by 2 high ratio, fit my image in it, then group them together and save as an image before uploading to Quirky.
