Submission feedback from Quirky Staff
I believe one of the issues that Quirky is facing is ideators not feeling as if there idea was even looked at by Quirky staff. Gaz made it clear that every submission is looked at least a little bit. I know that Quirky staff don't each have time to comment on every submission, but in the course of their review if each member of staff left a comment on a couple of submissions people would get a little better idea of what to do after the round closes. These comments would be hidden from the community until the round closes so it would not have any effect on voting or rating. It is very possible that you already do this, but just don't share it with us.

Where is the feedback on my product from the Quirky team? I thought I would get a breakdown of how Quirky (Not the community) viewed my inventions strengths and short comings or if It has any merit. As it is this seems like no one at Quirky really even looked at my product.

As much as we would love to we are unable to provide every idea with detailed feedback. We do take a look at all the ideas briefly, however we rely on our community to help inventors by providing constructive feedback to idea submitters and to vote for their favorite ideas to direct our attention. If your idea gets moved Under Consideration that's the point at which our staff will take a deeper dive into your idea.
We're going to continue to build more tools into the Quirky eval process to foster more collaboration for ideas. Stay tuned! -
