Since I am not getting an answer via email and I think this issue affects more people than just me anyways, I am just going to ask here.
Does quirky allow us, the community, to use product images and item descriptions from quirky.com for the resale of products bought from quirky. Or are you making us retake pictures and rewrite item descriptions for the purpose of resale claiming "your" intellectual property?
I see a lot of retailers using quirkys images and descriptions, so I don't see why we as the community shouldn't be allowed to use them. But I just wanted to have a written permission for it, before using it.

Hi Florian. That was my bad for not responding to you. We moved to a new office that week and your email fell through the cracks. I'm really sorry I let that happen.
The simple answer to your question is that yes, you can use our product images and item descriptions for resale as long as you give credit to us for provide them. This could be done with a small disclaimer that the images and product descriptions are provided by us.
Also, keep in mind that our Terms and Conditions explicitly state that you must not resell our products at a price lower that what we offer in our online store. I have copied this portion of the Terms below.
"Resale of Products
If you purchase a product through this Site, and receive Influence associated with the corresponding Product Idea at any point in time, such purchase is expressly subject to your compliance with your agreement and commitment not to sell such product in new and unused condition at a price lower than the price then offered by Quirky at the Site at the time of your resale. Any violation by you of the foregoing condition may result in immediate and permanent suspension or cancellation of your account and the forfeiture of any accrued Influence and any amounts otherwise due to you from the Company. Quirky expressly reserves the right to impose additional conditions on product purchases, such as, without limitation, volume restrictions and additional retail distribution terms and conditions."
