Before the shop redesign I noticed substantial orders in October and November for Pivot Power, Mantis, Contort and a few others that have not been reflected in my indirect potential earnings and others do not have the amounts either. Why has this money not been entered? I believe this money is for orders to OfficeMax, Toys R Us and Target.
When I emailed about this the response I got was "Sorry for the delayed reply. I was trying to find out an answer for you. You're right that the order unit numbers have been entered in the system but have not been reflected in a user's potential earnings just yet." This was on October 26th.
What gives?

Why has indirect potential earnings not been added since before October for the large orders?

Sorry to leave you hanging, Cody. This issue could be a bug but more likely it has to do with receiving payment from the retailers in question. It may take a bit to track down all the info for an answer. I've started by posing the question to the Tech team. I'll let you know when I get a response.

Thanks! The payout from last night didn't change my potential at all so it somewhat makes potential earnings pointless for anything other than presale commitment if the other amounts aren't reflecting.

I noticed the same. The whole payout system is very intransparent.

Some of our contracts with retailers have 60, 90, or 120 day terms. This means that payment may not be collected for up to 4 months after a product hits stores. This can be a big factor in the way indirect earnings will be displayed.

I'm talking about potential indirect earnings, not actual indrect earnings. Quirky knows what they are expected to get paid when they ship product to retailers. Those amounts should reflect in potential earnings.
People haven't had their potential balances update since before October of last year. I got paid over $900 last December for Pivot Power and my potential earnings didn't increase or decrease. Either there is a glitch or someone isn't entering information (correctly).

Hey, Cody,
Sorry for the delayed reply. I was trying to find out an answer for you. You're right that the order unit numbers have been entered in the system but have not been reflected in a user's potential earnings just yet.
Cheers,
Chris
Why has potential earnings not been updated in 3+ months now? -
-
It should still show up under POTENTIAL EARNINGS though Rob. Contort is one example that I have had no updates on and I think there was a 14,000 order back in October.
The point of POTENTIAL EARNINGS was to show us what was in the pipeline for us. -

Would be interested in an answer...
Everything in my potential earnings doesn't make sense.
They have hardly changed for months, no matter if there were large sales or large payouts... -
